I did better yesterday than the previous days, I also got some rest – about three hours in the afternoon, and possibly as much as four hours at night. I am still really looking forward to my next full night sleep… from darkness to morning.
Alright… It is now a couple of minutes before 7:00am, and my lunch hour is nearly over. I have four more hours of work and then… yes, I can rest (if not actually sleep). I am looking forward to that, but I do hope that I will be able to sleep.
The weather has turned. We had an extremely hot month, and this morning it is a bit cooler. Yesterday and today are the first days in a long while that I was happy to be wearing long sleeves. I hope it will warm up again though… I prefer the heat.
