I got to bed at a reasonable hour last night… and tossed and turned for three hours. That is not the recipe for a good night sleep. I will cut out all caffeine after noon today and hope that does something to improve the cycle. For those of you who are going to suggest sleep aids like melatonin or whatever else, I did take a couple of melatonin gummies before bed. For those of you who are going to recommend something that might not be legal in all fifty states, know that I considered it… but I usually wake up not feeling great after that, and I wanted to be in top form for my class.
