Yesterday did not go as planned. I failed. I was fine all day but in the evening… it all went wrong. By ‘It’ of course I mean me. My weight was up this morning and I deserve nothing else. I will try to do better today. Some things are just so hard to deal with. There are days when I wish I had chosen an easier life.
