I did marginally better yesterday than I did the day before, and my weight did drop on the bathroom scale… a little. I hope that I did better today. With that said, I have been extremely down.
Two friends came to see me at different points during the day. It was good to see them both. One of them I have not seen since March, the other is a Lodge brother who I see on a regular basis. It is good to have friends.
