Losing a part of me

I woke up to a very difficult and disturbing phone call from a very close friend this morning. I am saddened by what he told me and will do everything that I can to help him.

My weight was down this morning, but not significantly. I was hoping for more, but down is better than up. Hopefully by the weekend I will be down below the dreaded 290 lbs. mark again.
