Losing a part of me

I did not expect to lose a pound this morning but am grateful for it. I doubt I will be so lucky tomorrow morning, what with my trip to Strathroy to see my godson and goddaughter today. I am salivating just thinking about the turkey dinner! I am still over the terrible mark, but I am not getting upset with myself over it this week. January 1^st is the traditional day to begin diets, right? This will not be the beginning for me… but the resumption.
