I am still trying to get on track… I am not there yet.

Is it Day 2?
True to my experience, I have had extremely low energy today. I got a good night sleep, but I have not been able to get anything accomplished. I have a couple of appointments this evening so I will have to get up and go. Wow… and I am not even entirely on the program yet.

A New Day
I did not post for the last couple of days. I do not feel like writing now, but I decided to drop my streak (at 1,360 days) and start fresh. Today is Kinda Day 1. I am not fully on the program, but I am mostly on it. Tomorrow morning I will finish the last of my eggs, and I will be completely on it as of Saturday. Wish me luck… my last attempt over the summer was doing great… until the company had no product for two months and I fell way off the wagon.

Day 1359
I am really at the point where I wish I was re-starting my weight loss program today, and not Tuesday after Thanksgiving. I really do hate myself at this weight. This weekend will not be a bang, but it will be my last eating for a while. I have to get back on track.

Day 1357
Yesterday was a hard day. It has been two years since the October 7 massacre and it hurts every day… but the anniversary was especially hard.

Day 1356
Today is the second anniversary of one of the most horrific days of my life. Bring the hostages home now!

Day 1355
One week from today is Canadian Thanksgiving. The day after that I dive back into my weight loss program. I am going to get it done this time.

Day 1353
Today went sideways from the beginning. I woke up to a phone call from a close friend who is in his 80s. He fell and needed help. I got up and out as quickly as I could – not easy when a Floof has to be walked. It took me nearly 90 minutes from waking up to getting to his place. I asked a neighbour to watch Princess Sophie and spent several hours with him. It turns out that his wife (who is also in her 80s and a tiny woman) and his neighbour Sam (a nice guy in his 60s who is also small could not lift him, so when I got there he was still on the floor… as comfortable as he could be. I picked him up and sat him down and we had a coffee before going for brunch and to do some errands.
I came home and picked Sophie up, and I made myself some food. I then went to pick something up in Hamilton. I took Sophie for another walk, and since we came in I’ve been on my balcony with a cigar… vegging out.
Im starting my extreme plan after Canadian Thanksgiving. That’s final. I have another week to go. I will not be on a food funeral… I will be reasonable in my choices all week, and my Thanksgiving dinner will be my last.
Have a great day.
