I had my last appointment with my family physician today. He is retiring, and I am glad that I had the opportunity to see him one last time. He congratulated me on my amazing progress and wished me the best, agreeing that I was no longer in any medical danger from obesity and that it is time to start back on real food. He also told me that the pain I’ve had in my wing is tennis elbow, and that I have to just be patient and it will get better.
While my weight on the bathroom scale was up tremendously from yesterday, I am happy that my last official weigh-in under Dr. Yates saw me down 4.2kg from my last weigh-in, making it my best official weigh-in weight. I am happy with that… even though I am no longer in best weight ever territory.
Today’s entry is going to be short because I have a lot I want to do on this day off, and I decided that one of those things was to spend a few hours chatting with my lovely wife. I now have a couple of hours before my cigar class, and I plan to use that time being somewhat productive.
Have a great day folks!
