I made a huge miscalculation which led to my falling off the wagon yesterday. In my state of exhaustion I waited too long… and a meal replacement was not going to cut it. I went to the grocery store and bought two meals worth of chicken and vegies… and a bread. I have thrown the rest of the bread away, but I am going to prepare lunch with the rest… and then I am going back on the program. I hate having fallen off, but it is more important that I get back on.
